At PopularSIKH, Sikhi is the only pride we got, and the only passion we care about.
It's time we had a place where everyone could inspire each other to nourish, replinish, encourage and develop the sikh inside everyone of us. PopularSikh is an an endeavor to create a common place and resources to help start sikh related projects that can help spread the message of sikhism and benefit all. The focus is on using the technology to help projects related to sikhism.
This is a volunteer group open to everyone who have a longing to make sikh a popular sikh, who yearn to have a pride on being called a sikh and who believe in the teachings of Guru Granth Sahib Ji. We strive to take the "me" and "mine" out of "you". If you think you can do the projects alone, then this may not be your best place. If on the other hand you value other people's inputs and you would also like to contribute to projects of common interests in a collective manner, then this is your place. We strongly encourage you to take initiative to start new projects and actively participate in various other projects. We strongly discourage starting a duplicate project.
We have seen umpteen projects started by ego-ist people/groups, that never see the light of success. If it is a worthy cause, let everyone drive that project to it's success.
As a start, you can write your own blog and share your thoughts about sikhi and related topics. If you can influence a single soul in a positive way, then we need your participation. Help us spread the seeds of sikhism.
